"My Impetus for tutoring comes by seeing the student growing in the subject. I don't believe in teaching on a superficial level rather on explaining the student any concept on the basis of daily life examples, applications and the purpose behind learning. There is no big deal in just theoretical explanation, which a student can himself do by studying books but a teacher's main responsibility lies in explaining anything from a practical point of view and in an easy understandable way. Also my teaching method and assessment of the student differs for student to student in order to analyze the student's progress in a proper way, as every student is unique with specific talents and personality which differs from others"
