Settlement: In the simplest terms, a settlement is any place where people live. It can be as small as a single house or as massive as a megacity like Tokyo. Your home, your neighborhood, and your city are all parts of a settlement.
Command Terms: These are the specific instruction words used in questions that tell you exactly what you need to do. For example, 'Define' asks for a meaning, while 'Compare' asks for similarities and differences.
GRASP: This is an acronym that stands for Goal, Role, Audience, Situation, and Product. It is a framework used in the MYP to create exciting and realistic assessment tasks.
